abstract = {Worldwide there is an estimated 455,800 patients who develop esophageal cancer making it the 8th most common cancer in the world. Esophagectomy remains a morbid procedure but it supplemented with chemotherapy and radiation may offer the optimal chance for cure as well as palliation for dysphagia. Robotic esophagectomy for esophageal cancer has increased in popularity. It has been shown to be safe and feasible and also to provide excellent intra-operative and early post-operative metrics of quality. Our objective is to describe our evolving experience, which is currently one of the largest in the world, of robotic esophagectomy for cancer.},
